▸Will this post things without my approval?
Never. Every review reply, article, and post is a draft until you approve it. That's a core rule of the product, not a setting.
▸How does this help me show up in AI search like ChatGPT?
AI assistants answer local questions using the same public sources as search engines: business listings, directories, reviews, and your website's content and structured data. KILLCRITIC works on all three — it gets your listings complete and consistent across 40+ directories and aggregator networks, keeps your reviews answered, and generates pages with proper schema markup that AI systems can read. Nobody can guarantee an AI mentions you, but a business with missing listings and no content has no chance at all.
▸Do you automatically sync my info to every directory?
Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. The Listings Hub gives you a link straight to each directory's listing process, your business details formatted and ready to paste, and tracks which listings are live — turning a full day of tedious work into about an hour. A few of the aggregator networks (HERE, TomTom) have no public self-serve form at all, so those links go to the right place to start rather than to a submission page. Fully automatic syndication requires paid data-network contracts, which is on our roadmap.
▸Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use Google Maps, you can use KILLCRITIC. The AI explains every recommendation in plain English and tells you why it matters.

KILLCRITIC uses Anthropic's Claude, one of the leading AI models, prompted with your real business details — your services, your city, your reviews. It's your voice, faster.

▸How much does it cost, and can I pay yearly?
Starter is $49.99 per month per location, Growth $99.99, Pro $149.99. Paying annually takes 15% off the monthly rate on every tier and is charged once for the whole year — $509.88, $1,019.88 or $1,529.88 per location, saving $90.00, $180.00 and $270.00 a year respectively. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial: you enter a card at signup, nothing is charged until day 31, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
▸How does per-location pricing work?
One location is one unit of your plan price — a second shop is a second unit, prorated by Stripe from the day you add it. Every location gets its own audit score, reviews, competitors, and weekly plan, all under one login on the Locations page. You can add or remove location slots any time, self-serve up to 25; past that, email us and we will build a volume plan around what you run.
